Jan Tilton poses in one of her new helicopters: "I want to transform the 109 interior into a sexy and alluring cabin that can be appreciated by corporate and private owners alike" said the CGH President.
Jan Tilton owner of the successful adult retail chain 'City Girl' has this week concluded a buy-out agreement with AgustaWestland for their 109 production line according to Jenny Cartwright, spokesperson for newly formed City Girl Holdings (CGH). "CGH have been in negotiations with AgustaWestland for the past 18 months and are pleased to announce that an agreement has been reached in which CGH shall be taking over production of the 109 series" said Cartwright during a brief statement at CGH's head office in New York last night.
Washington based aviation expert Al Baxter believes the move is likely to be part of a strategy involving Tilton's well know sister Lynn, founder of Patriarch Partners, whose investment portfolio already includes interests in aircraft production.
When contacted, AgustaWestland confirmed they had been in talks with CGH and that an announcement involving 'changes to AW109 production and marketing' was due Friday.
