Working on a little project and I'm desperate to know what Dunsfold Airfield was sold for by BAE to Dunsfold Park. Anyone have a clue?

Did BAe actually own Dunsfold outright or was it just leased?

Clearly some people know exactly what BAE got and quite a few have a good idea. But I don't think any are going to post the info on a public site just 'cos somebody asked. Worth a try though I suppose.
