Try the Society of Aviation and Flight Educators [SAFE].
SAFE ? We're all about our members! (http://www.safepilots.org/)
Whilst it is primarily US-based, they do cater for international members.

There was an organisation in the UK 10 years ago run by the forner CAA Chief FE but it faded away. There is however an organisation at Shoreham called the Professional Flying Instructor Association (http://www.theflyinginstructor.com/)
