I am wondering if anyone can tell me the term limits a US registered aircraft operating in Japan can remain operating in Japan under the US certificate before needing to re-register under J registration? If re-registering what ownership split is required? Can the Japanese company be a US owned entity? or does it need to be through an agent company? I appreciate your comments.
