Where to get an initial A320 type rating

Hello guys, a friend of mine operating out of the Middle East has asked me where in the UK or Europe he can get an initial type rating for the A320 series

not my area of expertise so any assistance from those in the know that I can pass on to him would be much appreciated. I understand he is looking to do this in the next month
