Anyone that can tell me if its worth having a 530FF a standard day for slingload than a 500E with R engine and heavyduty gearbox?

530 has bigger blades bigger engine and longer tailboom so picks up more weight !

If you are in the position of being able to choose between the ER and an F model and if your principal activity is going to be external load work then, if it were me, I would select the F model every time.
The additional performance is always welcome. The trade off is of course a marginally higher operating cost most of which is generated by the higher FCR.
The F model also delivers a smoother ride (if properly tracked) than the ER.
