What jobs lie ahead after dispatching or TRC?

Hi Guys,

Recently left my job in the UK as a dispatcher for one of the handling agents here, been doing the job over 2 and a half years and nothing was happening.
What jobs lie ahead after dispatching considering that I've been in positions of high responsibility?
I really want to pursue my career in the aviation industry but not for pocket money and bad hours.
I know we're going through a difficult time for jobs however one must pursue his career. :)

Hello, next step maybe get into Airline Ops (if you want to stay in the commercial field) but this can be quite tough - the hours are more than likely 4on 4off days and nights, although I do 4 days and then 4 nights which is nice!.... or perhaps for a little more money and better hours maybe look into aircraft brokering??.
