Hi I have done about 30 hrs of IFR flying about 2 years ago.
I wanted to get some more knowledge about IFR flying, will this be a good book or can you suggest some other.

Instrument Flying Handbook (http://www.faa.gov/library/manuals/aviation/instrument_flying_handbook/)

The FAA Instrument Flying Handbook is good.

For Jeppesen Charts there is a little booklet that comes along when you buy the Approach plates . Its called ' Introduction to Jeppesen Navigational Charts'.
Its basically a detailed legend of Jepp App charts, SIDs, STARs...

I think the one in your link is something like that with the procedures explained as well.
