What is the minimum flight experience for CPL IR/MEP-IR?
I have heard different oppinions and got confused talking about modular, integrated etc.
What is the best way (for minimum flight experience) to get ATPL with theory credit flying the less time on airplane and sim?

If he's not in the UK it's not. His location says Toronto.

Minimum hours for a CPL varies depending on country ie relevant regulatory authority, and if you train piecemeal/ad hoc or attend an approved course that has some amount of hours reduction to recognise that all the hours are training goal related. 150 hrs minimum (integrated)/200 hrs (non-integrated) in Oz or the UK. In the US it would be 200 hr (part 141)/ 250 hrs (part 61).

BTW, Stav., you won't be training for an ATPL. You'll be training for a Commercial Pilot Licence + instrument rating (if you wish) + ATPL theory (if you wish). An ATPL requires 1500 hours experience. Can't see you wanting to pay for each & every hour of that! People accrue those sorts of hours once they start working.
