Just wondering what's actually going on in the Basings Office. Firstly, an update appears to cut across many of the agreed principles of the 2006 Basings Agreement (Preferred Ports, Temp basings to name 2).
Then the DFO seems to imply that the changes are 'temporary'.
Then all questions relating to Tax and finance are diverted to a completely new department followed by another clarification 'update'.
Has anyone been consulted about the changes before they happen or is it all at 'Company Discretion'?
