HKG - AKL with SYD

Anyone taken a look at the crewing and CFP for HKG - AKL with Altn of SYD (due to CHC earthquake)?

Can you depart HKG 3 man when the FTL do not allow a divert to SYD from AKL?

CHC is now available as an Altn provided you fuel and go again. Same problem, with 3 man crew FTL do not allow HKG - AKL - CHC - AKL. Is there a crew on airport reserve to cover this, or is the company just turning a blind eye and hoping for this best?

Does HKCAD give a ****?

When SYD was planned as the alternate the AKL flights were 4 crew.

Good question regarding current CHC restrictions.
