i also got the same pressure regarding the signing of agreement forms. i was asked to commit to air span before an interview was even offered.

I just cannot stress enough the fact that you should not "EVER" sign on any dotted line before you have in writing the terms and conditions and almost as importantly, how you can get out of that contract! a lot of these shady contract agencies lock you with them and it will be virtually impossible for you to get any other opportunity in China!
