Just my experience, but I found the staff, in particular the owner of Florida Jet Center extremely rude and arrogant.
Strange because 99 percent of the people in this industry are professional and understand that we all rely upon one another to support and grow the biz-jet industry.
Anyhow, I won't go into details on a public forum, I just wanted to give a heads-up to people considering a charter from this company or using their FBO.
