What is the going daily rate for a freelance flight attendant?
And are per diems and any other payments the norm, if so, how much?

Its around £250/day plus £60 p/diem.Thats on 601/604/605

I'd say FrankR is about right. There's an agency in Paris ('Iris', if I remember correctly) which is charging just that and judging from where you are located, you should do the same.
