Speaking of IAA medical...
I just got a CAA PPL with a CAA class 1 in return for my original irish class 1 medical. Can i renew here in Dublin with a CAA medical? Or will i have to trek over to Gatwick?
:)
u got me!!but ring them on the number above on monday.....
you should have no prob doing that but the waiting list can be big since the mater have a monopoly in ireland, they prob think they are the best doctors in ireland or something!!

A CAA Class 1 renewal can be done with an AME in Belfast.

How about a revalidation in Dublin? Which is actually what it is, apologies.

Hi Guys,
Looks increasingly likely that I'm going to need a Class 1 Medical issued initially by the IAA.
Can anyone give me details of where I would have to go to get this done and how much it costs as the IAA website is USELESS!
Thanks
