Hi Guys,

I need you give me the european countries which issues national dispatch license and if it is based on ICAO doc 7192 PART D-3 training programme or not.

I have been told most of the countries among them most of eastern countries do so. That there are the 3 big exceptions: UK, France and Spain.

Thanks in advance.

Cheers.

Dear People,

First of all thanks to give me that information, but I got that study time ago.

On that study says that 40% of european countries recognize FAA or national licenses, that 19 countries issue national licenses which are the case of:
Rusia
Turkey
Germany
Austria
Denmark
Portugal
Slovakia
"""""and several eastern countries""""

Also says that Spain, Italy, Finland and Switzerland recognize only training certification from airlines.

But what about (and I am looking for this info):
Bulgary
Cyprus
Czech Republic
Estonia
Hungary
Lithuania
Romania
Malta
Slovenia
Croatia
Poland
Latvia
Netherlands
Latvia
Belgium
Luxemburg

Thanks in advance for your cooperation.
