RCA/RCAO

Hi!
I am trying to find RCA/RACO on the Internet.
Aena.es (AIP Spain) and fomento.es are mentioning RCA/RCAO but nobody says anything where to find RCA or RACO for CAG or CAO flight. :ugh:

Can anyone tell me where to find an ENGLISH text of RCA and RCAO?

Sorry, but never heard about this. I think there is no english version.

I still have a Spanish version (BOE REAL DECRETO 57-2002 RCA) in a pdf file.

Thank you for offering the PDF but I think I will be reading the AIP Spain only instead. The AIP Spain refers to RCA/RCAO and I thought I should know what they "say", but if they are in Spanish only, I guess it is not considered necessary to know the RCA/RCAO-contents for foreign pilots in Spain :)
