JAR IR(H) theory course in Europe

Hello everyone,
Does anybody know place (FTO) to make IR(H) theory course according with JAR??
I am interested especially in distance learning option.

You should consider to take a "real" course-especially when you have no experience flying IFR....

I know several schools in Germany......but i guess you will find cheaper one´s in other countries.....
