Hi guys

have you got an idea what is the value of an expatriate aircraft engineer in India ?
is there job for AME in India?
What is the wage approx?
Working conditions?
If guys could give me an objective feedback will appreciate that thanks!!

The pay will be low (think around US$2000-3000 a month before tax) and the working conditions challenging at best. I am yet to see a properly qualified outfit maintaining aircraft in India, some come close (the airlines) but still have nothing on what you see in the rest of the world. Unless you are Indian and can speak Hindi I dont think you have a chance as a expat, nor do you want to!

Middle east has lots of jobs as AME if you search the FBO websites and other places like avianation and flight intl mag.
