What are the absolute mins for direct entry captains on the ATR? They were 100 PIC (in type) for a time, then went up I believe. I assume they're not in dire need of Captains as they were in '07/'08.
Do they accept similar turboprop time (like ANA in Japan)?

From what I've recently read here, you'll need to be Female and 21 years old.

For expats:
ATR: A total of 3,000 hours with 2,000 hours total PIC and minimum of 500 hours in command on type.
Licenses should be current with Class I medical, ICAO ATPL and an incident / accident free flying record.
