Hi there, wondered if anyone could help solve a problem I have.

I'm running Windows Vista on an average spec Acer Laptop that is 3 years old. I've recently had some software upgraded for a program I use regularly (online gaming interface) and now the pages only update if I move the mouse constantly (or keep my finger moving over the trackpad). I have other software installed by the same company that doesn't have this problem, I know that when this update came through I also deleted a couple of other programs (an old version of Flash Player was one - I have uninstalled all Flash now and just have the current version available).

Anyone know what I have done or what I need to do to get the program to work properly?

Thanks in advance :ok:

First thing to try is checking/updating the pointer driver or software.

If you run System Restore try rolling back to a restore point before your problems started. If that fixes things, make the changes that you need one at a time to try and identify the offending change.
