Folks, I know that QF have a 'customer feedback' section on their web site but I'm not sure if compliments to crew actually make it to the staff or just stop at back-slapping by management in head office. For that reason I'm posting here in the hope that other QF crew could check rosters etc and pass on my comments to those involved.
To the crew of QF1011 Thu 27Jan I say a big 'well done'! You performed your roles professionally, with courtesy and with smiles all round! Thank you for making the flight an enjoyable one. I joked at the end of the flight it must have been their first sector for the day .... the crew were far too cheery to have already operated several flights (OK, it was only their 2nd sector...)
QF doesn't need an ageing movie star as the 'face' of the company ..... this crew proves there are plenty of shining stars amongst their staff!
Again, well done and thank you.
PS: Louise, the way you looked after the 8yo UM should be an example to all!
