Current challenges in Biz Jet community

All, seeking some thoughts/comments on the current challenges faced in the Biz Jet community. Not my area of expertise and not aircrew ~ but looking at Manager/Ops roles.

If anyone has any ideas, literature worth reading or a Biz jet 'Guide for Dummies', then I'd be extremely grateful.
