1.when u submit all your documents to DGCA for the conversion , what to do if you dont have the Result card in hand but u've cleared the exam and ur running out of recency ? is it possible to get a NOC from DGCA or sumthin like that ??

To save recency, the best and the only option you would have is to take a print out of the Result online and put that in the documents & also a letter stating why you did that.
Then just go and apply! That stops your recency from lapsing.
They would put it under shortfalls while processing your docs which would anyways take a min of 1-2months to even come into processing.
So as soon as you get your result card, go speak to one'a the guys @ licencing and explain and make a Resubmission with the result card.
The Resubmission envelope should clearly state resubmission and youre file number etc. before this just spare a day and go talk to them.
Thats youre best bet! You cant do nothing else! No NOC for not having a result Card!!
