Could someone in the know enlighten us about recruitment, terms and conditions, management norms and lifestyle with ASIANA airlines..!

Recruitment: Need lots of Pilots. Standard Sim evaluation. Astronaut Medical.
Terms and Conditions: CRAP! They do not honour the "firm business class" tickets home...and even then only 8 times a year (what about the other 4 months??) You have to organise all this yourself, and most times the company won't even waitlist you. All it is is standby travel. They do not honour there contractual obligations.
Hotel accommodation is very very low standard. Noisy dirty hotels in the middle of nowhere.
Management: Ok
Lifestyle: Busier these days. You will feel exhausted whilst working, and when you have a week at home you'll spend the entire week recovering....then back to work!
