Hi,
I'm a recent graduate and looking into becoming a pilot, and have been to OAA in Oxford. The cost is one issue but what are the employment prospects like out there at the moment. I have heard that Easyjet have just placed an order for about 100 new planes but does anyone know what things are looking like elsewhere either Europe or abroad, for realistically around 2012-13?
Also, are there sponsorship programs out there? eg BA, Virgin that you can apply to, that provide funding for your training, or would I be better off going through a school, and sitting in the pool at the end of that?
