Can anyone give me any information on the recruitment process currently with Eastern?

Maybe I should be more specific.......What I meant to ask was, Is it an Interview, Technical Interview, Sim etc??? PPJN states a Performace paper and J41 Sim ride but that was published in 2008. Does anyone have any updated information on this?
