Airbus A320 NOC help

To apply for NOC, do we need IR current on our license?
If we do need current then if only single IR is current can we get NOC based on that or we need Multi IR current...

no need of NOC, ur IR check will be carried along with ur skill test....

we need NOC if we fly outside india...
so if we do type from outside we do require NOC,
and during type rating training we get IR issued on airbus a320 so we don't require IR on smaller aircraft. but lot of people are telling me that to get NOC your IR must be current. So I wanted to know Single IR current would work or do we have to get Multi IR current for airbus a320 NOC?
