An interesting report that demonstrates that the construction (& repair) of composite structures is critical in terms of resin mixing and the curing practices.

Not only that, A&C, but the report seriously questions the competence of the Grob design and production organisation. What say the CAA? Presumably the MAA won't be bothered because this large fleet is civvy-regd.

I would be surprized if the MAA don't have some input are it seems to be a bit of an RAF habit of gold plating regulations that are applied to aircraft that the RAF has even the loosest conection with.

If I was doing any work on any COMO aircraft at the moment I would make sure that my operation was squeeky clean as it is likely to come under all sorts of "oversight".

Check the registrations people, this is not about the collisions, it relates to a structural failure during the landing roll.
