Hi All,

Can somebody tell me if they know any tax consultants who are specialised in Non-Residence/Dual Residence? I have been in touch with the Fry Group recently, but I have some doubts about their knowledge in these areas. I might be wrong, so if anyone has worked with them in the past and is willing to share their experience with me that would be great.

To give you an idea about my own background, I fly for a British airline and move back to the Netherlands at the start of the next financial year (commuting).

Your help is greatly appreciated!

If you're a BALPA member just give them a call and they will give you the details for a law firm in the LGW area that handles exactly this sort of thing. Unfortunately I don't have the number anymore. I have a friend who has used them in the past and they sorted him out with a really complicated non-residence issue.

I used Frys when I first left the UK to square things away with HMRC, but IMHO they are expensive and they don't reduce your workload when it comes to the mundane stuff such as filing the annual UK Tax return.
