we're talking about the jet airways pilot against who a case has been registered for "Death due to negligent driving"

with such an incident and criminal proceedings, due you think Jet airways is going to retain him anymore ? company image has already been dented.

I dont know if you meant it or not but the way you created the thread ie the title... it seems you are making fun out of this case....and looks like you are quiet happy that there is another vacancy.

This is a very sad matter, its an accident, i dont think that guy did it on purpose. What if you were that pilot and people talked like this saying you are arrested and there is a free seat on-board.
