first of all..i dont think there will be enough candidates as per their requirement..considering they are looking for senior f/o and not trainees..
second of all..spicejet have been apparently taking in pilots regularly, w/o coming up with vacancies..and its for a while now(back-door stuff)..cuz i dont remember them showing up for pilots after their cadet program, for a long time now..(except this one,that is)
But that's just my perception u know!
