I woke up this morning and for some reason Googled Rocky Rochfort. Poor old buggar passed away Dec 11th at age 81

End of an era !

Such is the nature of our company , now , that he never even got a mention from YVR...or at least I never saw anything.

So sorry to hear of his passing.

He gave me the best flight ever, in a new Haida Gazelle at Norman Wells. I will never forget the humour and a laughter that could be heard across the McKenzie Valley.

RIP old chum, we are getting older too!

RIP Old Pal

First time i met Rocky was out of Tuktoyaktuk back in 1980, quite a funny fellow.

Last time I saw him was the late 90´s when he left Thailand for the last time.
