Impressive mate! Is that spot walkable from the terminal? Will be up on business soon.

leedseagle,
When you can afford it. go for a lens 28-200 or 28-300mm [3rd party, ie S1gma] or a 55-200 Canon. You will be amazed at what you can capture. :ok:
If you look at photobucket. I have uploaded two files, which after 20 mins, I can't resize to show here....:uhoh:
If you search photobucket and look for chiglet, you "should" see them.
Any probs, pm me

Turn right as you come out of the terminal, go straight ahead at roundabout adjacent to runway then turn left at top of road (you will see ILS) take second right and there will be a raised car park with excellent views of runway.
Mainly they take off from this view but on ocassions when they land they come in VERY Low :)

Nice as your new lens is; Try and find a decent 70-300mm for your pics.. and what you really need to save up for in Canon is the 100-400mm for this subject!

All the best OOT.
