Hi all

Are there a set of laws or rules that apply to airlines ?

Do the CAA or other bodies have black and White rules I could get hold of ?

Not too sure what you mean, Jack. There are reams of rules and regulations. Google for the Air Navigation Order, which should be a good start..

I suspect you mean Passenger Rights, in which case this The UK's Consumer Watchdog for the Aviation Industry | AUC Home (http://www.auc.org.uk/) might be a good place to start.

I have an idea for a Private charter company, which I know in the current climate and with fuel prices so high it Probly isn't great timing,

But I'm just doing some research and if I was the owner of a charter airline do I have to abide by certain rules in which aircraft I can use, etc and things like that
