Any comments on this operation? What is experience level of Capt. and F/O's on B737 and Do328? Any and all feedback welcome!

Also curious myself, hiring requirments are not listed but from what I have heard in the area it is dependant on if you are willing to get your indonesian license conversion which is around 5000 CDN. Besides that North American pilots are regarded to have good training backgrounds and have the ability attain pilot positions a little easier.

They're a relatively new company flying Boeing 737-200 series .. have seen them in Surabaya and Jogjakarta and seem to fly to the eastern islands of Indonesia in competition to Merpati. Came across their flight attendants when I renewed my medical and all look pretty senior, like well in to their 30's or 40's, not that it matters.
