Has anyone alse noticed that the "fantastic new offer" has this ("70-EFP Threshold") instead of the current heading which reads: "70-84"?
If that is not a clear telegraphing of their intentions wrt the monthly target, I don't know what is!

(I'm sure someone a lot smarter than me can figure out how many extra hours (over 84) would negate the proposed pay scale) .
