Exactly the same thing happened last time, NR managed to drag his feet into the recession saving the company a stack, well done to Management again. So, if the company isn't willing to make time to sit down and negotiate a promised pay increase with one of it's largest employee groups then surely it is time for US to make a stand. Contract compliance must surely be voted in.
