Well, no doubt this may very well be a problematic issue to reply to, but here goes

Has anyone any information or words of wisdom regarding how to go about opening a company and accounts in one of the havens?
Pros?
Cons?

The situation is as follows:

A company most likely based out of IOM, and willing to pay into any bank anywhere on a contract basis, in return for reciept.

Anyone? Any piece of wisdom will be highly appreciated.
Again, this is all theoretical, of course.

pretty easy to do. you need to decide where by contacting OCRA or any other firm that can introduce you to a bank, obviously for a fee. the cost varies between $1000-3000 depending level of service plus an annual maintenance fee.

I used LLLP - Limited Liability Limited Partnership Information - Learn about this Business Structures (http://www.companiesinc.com/services/lllp.asp)
