We would like to either lease-purchase (3-5 years) or lease one B737-300/400F immediately and add another one by II quarter of 2011. The aircraft need to be fit for China operations mainly to CAN and SHA. Please advise ASAP if any available. Will do the inspection right away.

The lesse is an active airline with a valid AOC.

I know GECAS put doors in a bunch of -300/400 type 737's suggest contacting them for availability. PEMCO (Dothan Alabama) has an STC for type cargo and CF mods, I heard they sold rights to Singapore industries and that they were doing conversions too. May be less costly over the long term to buy a mothballed aircraft and have the mod done.
