Disclosure: I am not a CX person, but have followed Fragrant Harbour issues for several years.

While prepping for an early LHR tomorrow I had the misfortune to watch a CNBC interview of your Tony Tyler. Priceless, if vomit-inducing. If the interviewer was paid to ask the patsy questions he did, and the fawning was also paid for, then PRICELESS. Your spinweasels are brilliant.

Flight Crew will be delighted to know that Cx is " one of, if not the best, managed airlines in the world...", and Cabin Crew will be reassured that , because they want a living wage,Tony believes that "..everyone wants a little more, don't they?..":ooh:

That was not the interview to which I was referring.

The questions in the (video linked, above) interview were not unusually fawning, nor was there any mention of the CC industrial problem, or the lead-in statement regarding being "...one of the best, or even the best, managed airline in the world.. " by the male interviewer (my best recollection of the words used, and the cause of a near-vomit experience).

The interview I saw was by a guy in a jacket and tie, and the production qualities suggested it was a stringer affair.
