Air China's fleet looking more like ours.
Air China orders 10 Airbus A350s, 10 A330s
Air China on Wednesday ordered 10 Airbus A350 XWB airliners and 10 A330s, the airline said in a filing (pdf) with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
The jets are worth $4.490 billion at list prices, although Airbus, as usual, granted "significant price concessions," Air China reported.
The A330s are scheduled for delivery between 2013 and 2015, with the A350s arriving between 2018 and 2020.
Looks like a future merger / takeover is on the cards.
