Emergency equipment required for private flight

I have been looking through the Easa regs and EU-ops but it has me a bit baffled. Can someone tell me the emergency equipment required for an aircraft over 5700kg not on an AOC. Is it as per the MMEL or is it just the minimum.

If you are on the G-Reg, then refer to the UK Air Navigation Order (CAP393 on CAA website publications)

This lists all the necessary requirements.
