How to apply Air Asia using online application...

Please help..

I am B744 type rated, with 8000+ hours on 744.

I am interested in applying Air Asia,

But I can't go through the website online application,

since I am not on type.

Anyone would like to help me out here?

Is there anyone know how to apply in my case?
