Knocked my brain tryin' to figure this out !
FAA ILS/LOC RWY 25R at KLAS (McCarren)
Plan section
CROWE and PRINO fix's
Chart says 8000 to PRINO 210*(0.2) and LOC (19)
I am confused. It appears that the heading from CROWE to PRINO is 210* and only 0.2nm away. And that the LOC (localizer) is 19nm from CROWE. However PRINO is already 21 DME out. And the 210* heading doesn't make any sense. ----Appreciate the reply.

Are you sure you are looking at a current chart. The current Gov chart for ILS or LOC RWY 25R shows CROWE 40.8 dme on the loc course of 255 and 8000 to FLYES (iaf). I cant find the fix PRINO on the chart.

wrong chart.. OP is referring to RWY 25L
don't forget, dme distances are from the LAS vor, with a runway nearly 2 miles long.
Anything outside the 10nm circle on plan view is not to scale.

Ah, I got it now ! Both the government and I made a mistake. My mistake was I was looking at the 25 L chart, but referring to it in the question as 25 R. Obvious after looking at 'both ' of the charts, the government made a mistake on the 25 L chart. My charts are current (thru Nove 18 2010). BTW: I can justify my error, however the government pulls in a little more money than me !!!---Thanks for the reply
