Dear all - recently got rejected from the BA citflyer recruitment process - wanted to know why (think I clicked on wrong job title in the rather confusing online selection form). Does anyone know who I could call/email to talk to a human being? I see Carl Phelan at least used to be chief pilot - is he still? It is impossible to find a contact through website or switchboard...
