application process

Need advice and information about the RAF application process for pilot. Hoping to apply and need to know what type of questions are fired at you and how to go about researching. Also need help on any volunteer work I'd need to do, to help my application stand out.:O

Just to save all the others from the inevitable:

I suggest you read the sticky thread about OASC candidates and wannabes. It's long but very thorough and covers everything you need to know.

If, on the other hand, you can't be bothered reading all that stuff and would rather have someone sift through it and give you the juicy bits, then I would probably use the application form as some sort of draught excluder or indeed fire-lighter.
