I'm pretty sure that I am not alone when I say that I am using my G days to recover from my roster. The GF is always saying that I am here but not here, which got me thinking..
If you checkout fatigue management in other industries, e.g. the medical industry, the AMA (Australian Medial Association) has guidelines for rostering. At the moment our rosters are all in the "significant to higher" risk of fatigue bracket. It goes on to list all the symptoms and long term effects.

If everyone else is like this, and I know they are on the Airbus anyway, honestly a high profile incident is simply inevitable.
Not sure there is any point staying at CX much longer if this is how my next 20 years are going to be.
