Company looking for DHC6 drivers

I just heard that a south american company is looking for DHC6 drivers , F/O and Captain. Any body have an idea of how operate DHC 6 in South of America?
The only details I have got are minimum hours (F/O 1000 TT 100 ME)and an e-mail address.

I will appreciate any infos.
