Can't decide on next step

Hi, I finished flight training about 3 weeks ago and have FAA CPL AMEL IR and am not sure what my next step is. I'm on the older sided of my colleagues at a dashing 30 and have 255 Total with 34 multi. I'm getting conflicting advice; some say do CFI CFII MEI while others say type rating and others say ATPL and convert to JAA. I live in the caribbean so not much choices there, please advice openly or in private at [email protected]

Im also soon finishing my CPL MEIR + night rating with about 230hours TT.

Im going to ether get my C-cat and then move to australia working hard to get a TR in a 206 and get a charter job and maybe then get my ATPL frozen.
